I have tested Wine 4.3 (as a Lutris runner). I can confirm it fixes the DNS
issue and allows consistent login.

However, while this does fix the login problem, it doesn't allow us to actually
start a game. After Champion Selection, the game itself crashes, returning us
to the League Client. It looks like we need one or more patches that are still
in Wine-Staging.

Any idea when a Staging 4.3 package will make its way to the WineHQ
repositories? (Preferably for Ubuntu 18.04 and newer releases.)
