We've found some scripts where If statements are placed on the same line as an
Else.

The following works in real vbscript, but fails in wine vbscript:

Dim vrOption
vrOption = 3

If vrOption = 1 Then
   Wscript.Echo "vroption is 1"
ElseIf vrOption = 2 Then
   Wscript.Echo "vroption is 2"
Else If vrOption = 3 Then 
        Wscript.Echo "vroption is 3"
        End If
End If

As a workaround we've added an additional entry to tELSE, which seems to work:

Else_opt
    : /* empty */                           { $$ = NULL; }
    | tELSE tNL StatementsNl_opt            { $$ = $3; }
    | tELSE StatementsNl_opt                { $$ = $2; }
