[Bug 38942] Driving Simulator 2012 starts but I cannot see the main parts of the game

Of course many programs need the d3dcompiler_43.dll-file!
It is part of DirectX 9 and nearly every 3D game needs DirectX 9 to run on a
real Windows installation. In my eyes the whole Wine project is much better
than Windows (due to many, many reasons) so I will be pleased if there will be
a builtin d3dcompiler_43.dll replacement in Wine.
