font association demo

Recently, fontlinks works fine (I belive). So it's font association's turn.

I made a font association demonstration program. It shows same character code
"\xc0\xde". On the upper side, text characters are drawn in DEFAULT_CHARSET. On
the bottom side, drawn in ANSI_CHARSET.
