[Bug 11335] "The Bat!" does not remember changed settings.

What I did?

First try:
1.) Rename ~/.wine to ~/.wine_OLD
2.) Installing wine v0.9.58
3.) Generate new ~/.wine with 'wineprefixcreate'
4.) using of all dll from wine - no native
5.) Installing 'The Bat v4.0.20.

Until now no problems.

5.) Starting up 'The Bat' with the setting inside wine 'win2k'. The 'First Run'
dialog appear. See http://appdb.winehq.org/appimage.php?iId=15622.

6.) Inside 'The Bat' it is not possible to choose an email-adress from 'The
Bats' adressbook. Send Mail don't work.

7.) Close 'The Bat!'. Start again. The 'First Run' dialog appears again.

1.) set wine to 'winxp'.
2.) start of 'The Bat!'
3.) 'First Run' dialog.

Third try:
1.) kill ~/.wine
2.) Generate new ~/.wine with 'wineprefixcreate'
3.) Set wine to 'winxp'
4.) Start 'The Bat!'
5.) 'First Run' dialog.

Fourth try:
1.) kill ~/.wine
2.) Generate new ~/.wine with 'wineprefixcreate'
3.) Set wine to 'winxp'
4.) Linking some dll-files to native windows dlls
(comctl32.ocx, mfc*.dll, oleacc.dll, rchtxde.dll, RCHTXDE.DLL, riched20.dll(!),
RICHTX32.OCX, ShellExt, stdole2.tlb, STDOLE2.TLB, tapi32.dll, winspool.exe)
5.) Start 'The Bat!'
6.) 'First Run' dialog.

2.) Generate new ~/.wine with 'wineprefixcreate'
3.) Set wine to 'win98'
4.) Linking some dll-files to native windows dlls
