Afterwards, try to get something meaningful from WINEDEBUG=typelib, perhaps it
will clarify why/how that load fails...

BTW, that error seems to be 'file not found' and that screenshot seems to be
showing it is indeed *not* there. So, any chance you've missed a file or two
while moving things around ? Or perhaps something went wrong during
installation ?

Oh, wait, we're talking about a regression...

During 10.2 cycle, there have been quite a few commits to oleaut32
(overwhelmingly from one author), so you might have found something
interesting...
