+msi Command and Conquer 3 recommended setup type log

As a small update to the previous info, the recommended setup type doesn't work
for the original game Command and Conquer 3. The installer simply reports a
failure message after attempting to copy files, with no registry entries being
created. (Which also means that updating the game with the official patcher
won't work, as it needs the registry keys.)
