--- Comment #7 from moll.markus@arcor.de --- I found out what my problem was. Looking at the output, loading MSCVR120.dll somehow failed. After looking at the debug channels loaddll and module I found that wine did not find a 32 bit msvcr120.dll. Oddly, I also had a 64 bit dll in c:\windows\syswow64 (don't know if that's expected). I resolved the problem by taking a 32 bit msvcr120.dll from a 32 bit prefix and copying it into my Origin folder. Origin now seems to run fine.
