I'm confirming the issue. From relay:

It looks like a winmm problem. mmioDescend returns:

#define MMIOERR_CHUNKNOTFOUND   (MMIOERR_BASE + 9)  /* chunk not found */

I would guess that mmioDescend isn't handling a file properly.
