This may be a bug in 64 bit Red Hat Fedora 4 that is being exposed by the new wine? I may have to make diffs of wine 20050725-20050830 to see what changed to narrow it down some. Time is short.
Problem only happens on my two 64 bit Fedora systems running wine >= 20050830 The exact same .ies4linux works good on all the 32 bit systems on my network (I have about 5).
