Thanks a lot for attention to this problem!
I've recompiled wine 1.3.28 with your patch.
Morrowind worked with sound (without this patch there was no sound after
initial screen). But after few moments there was interrupts in sound and soon
there was no sound at all.
I can not hear any sound problem with native applications. And wine versions
prior to 1.3.25 worked without any visible (i.e. audible) problems.
