[Bug 27883] Bink videos without sound (Mass Effect) [bisected, regression]

AFAIK there is no demo of Mass Effect. I might be able to test my guess, that
other games using Bink videos, are affected too sometimes tomorrow. If I find
one with the problem, where I can dig out a demo also exhibiting the problem,
I'll let you know. Apart from that: if there is any other kind of information
(e.g. some trace), you might need/that might help, let me know.
