0009:Call advapi32.RegOpenKeyExA(80000001,004222e4 "Software\Virgin Interactive Entertainment\Magic And Mayhem 2\options",00000000,00020019,0032eb14) ret=004032d7
Does that key exist? If not, try making it.
No, the key doesn't exist, and if I create this entry, it doesn't help.
On Windows Vista the 'options' key is present. There's also one more key that is not available in Wine; 'WizardIcon'.
Maybe it's an issue with the installer which couldn't create these keys in Wine?
Potentially. Try (backing up, then) deleting that key on windows and see if VideoSelector.exe will recreate the key.
