[Bug 12094] mouse side buttons do not work in wine when mapped to gtk/ qt standard

Not default with my setup. And never was default ever since X started to
support those side buttons.

So if some one feels like breaking everything else in favor of new broken
configuration they can add an option to winex11.drv for this. With default
being where it should be - the way it is now.
