I've rebased the ff14-launcher-9.x branch on wine-9.9 and confirmed that it
works correctly as modified.  wine-9.10 includes changes in dlls/mshtml which
conflict with some of these changes and which go deeper than my current
knowledge of mshtml allows me to correct for, so I'll have to stop here. 
(Replacing dlls/{jscript,mshtml} in wine-9.10 with the versions from this
branch still gives a working launcher in the resulting 9.10.)
