[Bug 47265] Multiple Blizzard games (Diablo III, Heroes of the Storm, Overwatch, Starcraft, StarCraft II, World of Warcraft) crash immediately on launch

Did the exact same, and WoW still crashes. It does NOT with Andrew's patch
above, so i guess this is a World of Warcraft "only" bug (and possibly
OverWatch?)

Does this warrant a NEW bugreport, or should THIS bug be reopened?
