Terminal output from starting Skype and automatically logging in.

This is the log from running env WINEPREFIX="/home/karl/.wine" wine
C:\Program\ Files\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe &> terminal_output.txt and will
hopefully give some pointers as to why Skype does not detect any sound sources
or emitters.
