[Bug 29276] 360chrome couldn't open embed iexplore but open url in native Linux browser instead

* On Windows, click on "ie compatible mode" will open an embed IE in 360chrome,
no matter what the default browser is
* On Wine, winetricks ie7 can workaround for it

IMO, the expected behavior is to open the embed IE, would you think it is OK to
reopen this bug?
