I can not reproduce this error exactly.
The program can be freely downloaded from
http://www.fxcm.com/software-download-live-account.jsp

When i try to run it it pops up a window saying:
Run time error 339
Component 'CWCore.dll' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered: a
file is missing or invalid.

I tried manually regsvr32 CWCORE.DLL but didn't change anything
