[Bug 10855] Photoshop 7 'canvas size' positioning grid non-responsive

I am not able to click any part of the grid to position the direction of the
canvas resizing. It's dead in the water. I am able to resize the canvas but
only with the default behavior ie: no directional control. "

I still can't reproduce it, asking for yet more detail.
