Can you please try 'strip kernelbase.dll' in the lib64/wine folder in your failing Wine installation (from root user)? I guess it should help.
fixed by `strip kernelbase.dll` (i.e. in /opt/wine-staging/lib64/wine).

I'm unable to do anything whether I wipe the wineprefix or not. Wine 5.6 works normally, all later versions don't.
wiping .local/share/wineprefixes is not a fix.
I'm trying to reproduce the steps again, and after making sure the steps are reproducible, I'll post them here.
