Huh?  Why again?  I'm not following you.

That's not how you start a program from the command line.  Instead you should
cd to whatever directory the QW09R7Patch.exe file was in in the first place,
and run:
wine QW09R7Patch.exe >& log.txt

Attach the log file as a text file, not an image.
