Yes, tried it with a clean wineprefix and a freshly compiled wine-1.7.4 and
it's there. Am running on xubuntu 13.04 with proprietary nvidia driver 313.30.

I also notice that someone has posted the same problem on the WineHQ forum in
June and someone else confirmed it in July (Topic "Small font garbled").
