[Bug 10673] Gnome panel bars overlap Halo in fullscreen mode

I've seen in Word 2003 too. You can't see the bar with the page number unless
you get in windowed mode (covered by the panel bar). When Office crashes and
you reopen to get a backup of the document, you can't click on the button to
close the window where documents saved by windows are shown unless you get to
the windowed modus.
