[Bug 46099] Star Citizen not loading after implementation of WaitOnAddress () in wine

The v2 patch works with wine-3.21 (vanilla)
The game does load up again, thats just wonderful <3

Now, the wine-staging patches wont apply anymore but from what i understood,
its a fundamental issue in the wine kernel on thread races.
With that, those mechanics would need an implementation into wine itself, not
staged out into the staging branch.
