[Bug 10601] .NET Framework 2.0: Installation Fails

Thank you Anastasius. I should have specified that it was with a clean ~/.wine.
I now see that I need IE installed first, so tell me before I test, would it be
preferable to install IE first, or install on a really, really, clean ~/.wine?

Also, I renamed the dotnetfx.exe file for my self, so that I would know what it
was. The file was obtained from a Microsoft download site. I can MD5 or SHA1 it
if you want, but it is the same file, only renamed for my convenience.

After I retest, I will update my original bug and if need be, undupe it. I will
update to 0.9.57 now, but I await your response regarding whether or not to
install IE before installing .NET. Thank you.
