[Bug 37210] 2D Fighter Marker 2nd: Menu Bar is not properly hidden in fullscreen mode

It looks like it might be related to actual Windows behavior. While XP runs
this game properly, it looks like more recent versions (Windows 8 in this
screenshot) have a similar bug, which ends up actually obscuring more of the
screen as it includes the actual window decorations in full:

Basically, Wine mimics the same behavior as more recent Windows versions, with
the main difference being that it doesn't include the actual window decorations
(as my copy is currently set to have the system window manager handle that
apart)
