ntdll:change - test_ntncdf_async() sometimes fails (~1.7%) in Wine:

change.c:277: Test failed: should be ready

This last caused a false positive on 2022-08-08. Before that:
* 2022-07-26 fgtb-deb64-t32
* 2022-06-01 debian11-win32-fr-FR

It has have not happened on the Debian Testing VM though it happens rarely
enough for it to maybe not be significant.

Note that in May 2022 the following failure also happened twice a bit earlier
in the function, still on the debian 11 VM:

change.c:241: Test failed: should be ready
