The patch attached to bug 19502 also works here, provided you store
a copy of vcsetup.msi and vcsetup1.cab in $WINETRICKS_TMP (and make
sure to comment out all the 'rm -rf $WINETRICKS_TMP' occurrences in
winetricks).

Accessing the original media could be a bug in msi, we need to test what
happens on Windows when you remove these files before starting the
service pack installer.
