[Bug 30953] Grand Theft Auto Vice City does not start (I must disable winegstreamer to make it work)

You can disable winegstreamer taking the following steps:

Start winecfg with your normal user account in a command line.

Click "libraries", insert the word winegstreamer into the box "New override for
library:" and click "Add". Then click on "Edit", "Disable", "OK". Then click
"Apply" and you're done.
You can also do it for single applications only by adding the desired
application under "Applications", selecting it there and following the same
instructions from above.
