[Bug 31113] Civilization V crashes after specific amount of game turns

Hi again, just to say that I continued playing for nine turns on a windows
machine and saved to the steam cloud, and then loaded it again on ubuntu. Same
problem and very similar backtrace, so it really is a problem with wine - its
such a shame because the game was playing wonderfully fast up until that point.
And no-one wants to set up a windows partition for the sake of one game....but
i'm getting increasingly desperate
