Nikolay, they probably didn't execute a command but just double-clicked an
application icon.  I don't know if this is something created by the official
Mac packages or some other Wine package.

Daniel, please open /Applications/Utilities/Console.app.  Select View > Clear
Display.  Try to launch the Wine Devel app.  It will still crash, but some
information should be written to the console log.  Select File > Save a Copy As
to save it to a file.  Attaching that file to this bug report.  Thanks.
