Also, it leaves out DLC_Deluxe as well, if you have that.

if you are using the default wine prefix, then cd to ~/.wine/drive_c/Program
Files (x86)/Sid Meier's Civilization 5/Assets/DLC/

then you can do the following, assuming you have BNW installed,

cp Expansion2/DLC/DLC_01/Gameplay/XML/* DLC_01/Gameplay/XML/
cp Expansion2/DLC/DLC_02/Gameplay/XML/* DLC_02/Gameplay/XML/
cp Expansion2/DLC/DLC_03/Gameplay/XML/* DLC_03/Gameplay/XML/

and so on for every folder that's in Expansion2/DLC/

If you have only GandK instead, replace Expansion2 with Expansion1
