Example: Clicking onto another window, while the mouse cursor is ingame over a button, will trigger that button ingame.
Disabling user32-rawinput-keyboard won't change this behaviour. But I guess it's probably one of the other user32-rawinput-* patchsets. (I didn't had time to test that yet, but it maybe user32-rawinput-hid, user32-rawinput-mouse or user32-rawinput-mouse-experimental)
