[Bug 10021] Unreal Tournament 2007 Beta Demo doesn't get past splash screen

It is possible to get this running almost properly, the only major issues are
not being able to see your own gun, and the other players not rendering quite
right.

Let's the game run, and I assume is similar or the same as whatever Roderick
did.

This patch stop the mouse cursor leaving the edge of the screen:

The framerate is only acceptable with OffscreenRenderingMode set to fbo, but
even then is very low.
