[Bug 9771] Steam Friends doesn't work (fails to render correctly or refresh)

Steam friends now works! :)

I were playing CS:S when suddenly messages starting to appear in from steam. So
i joined the chats and could chat without problems.
i sill however don't get any sound when i receive a message. But they pop up in
the right as they should do.
I must have the "friends" window open for it to work.
btw, not that it should have anything to do with it, but i am using the flat -
obsidian skin.

Wine 1.1.5 Fixed it! :)
