Even in the latest version of WINE I can reproduce this bug. Disabling
WINEGStreamer fixes the issue completely. So I don't consider it a major issue.
More of a slight annoyance.

It should also be noted that RPG Maker VX doesn't work in WINE and will cause a
black screen issue. The Audio will actually work completely fine. You can even
select new game while the screen is black. But the graphics fail to render. But
I'll post that bug in a separate post since that doesn't seem to be related to
the WINEGStreamer issues.
