[Bug 13090] winecfg crashes if you click the "Test Sound" button while using the ALSA driver

I can confirm this bug. In wine-0.9.56 this all works fine, but in current git
it hangs. I think this need to be fixed, before the final release. 
If winecfg just hangs in  a final release it would be a shame, right?
