Yep. 
Or, it certainly looks like that to me, anyway. 
Before 1.1.18, the installation works. In version 1.1.18 or later, it doesn't.

Well. If it isn't a regression, then it would mean that Photoshop installs
isn't supposed to work, a somewhat unlikely goal for wine. :-)
