[Bug 13417] FlashFXP - No mouse support systemwide if window is open

this issue is always reproduceable (still in wine 1.1.23)

connect to an ftp-server, right-click an item in the list and select "Transfer"
(in the screenshot it is called "Übertragen") - the contexmenu does never
disappear.
The item is correctly added to the download queue and download starts, but
mouse is not useable any more, you have to do a "wineserver -k" to use the
mouse again.

If any logs are required please tell me which one. I can also provide
VNC-access to my box (24/7 online), if needed.
