Bunch of buggies keeping me from successfully installing .NET

I am hoping this bug will be fixed once Wine 1.10 is officially stable. It
causes msi rollback bugs and a few other misc, which apparently trigger the
crash. Attached is the full log of buggies as seen in the terminal.
