[Bug 44451] osu! stable not starting! "You must enable .NET Framework."

Sorry if I wasn't descriptive enough. I attached the log of osu!.exe failing to
start which is pretty useless. Other than that the log of osu!install.exe is
the same as the one in https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44184.

As of now the game is working, after reinstalling it in a new 32 bit prefix
with dotnet45 installed. The bug appeared to be caused by some files in the
game directory since when I tried to copy over my config and cache files from
the old prefix the error appeared again. I couldn't find which exactly. I
suppose some corrupted game update.
