The visual novel titled 'The World Next Door' is also affected. Here the crash happens when the main menu is about to appear (MainMenuBackground.mp4).
This one has a demo on Steam so you can reproduce the problem with that: https://store.steampowered.com/app/755470/The_World_Next_Door/
The demo worked for me without an issue.
