[Bug 15812] 3DS MAX 7.0: Any attempt to change viewport configuration results in a crash

I tried changing viewports again. I managed to do it four times without 3DS Max
crashing. However, when I wanted to change what type of view one of the
viewport windows would display, I right clicked the viewport I wanted to
adjust, and hovered over "Schematic" and it crashed. I restarted the program,
and it came up with the error before the GUI could even initialize.

Like I said before, it seems random.
