Did you remove ~/.wine directory and reinstall Steam & wine_gecko?
Thanks for the reply, Vitaliy.
I removed the package wine-gecko and reinstalled it via apt-get.
Set WINEPREFIX to a new directory, and reinstalled Steam.
No change, unfortunately. Same error log as above.
