[Bug 24170] Warhammer Dawn of war : Fails to install

To my surprise, I had kept a copy of the game on my laptop! Here are the
results of my investigation.

The exact message it gives me is 1628 : Failed to complete installation

I confirm again that reverting your commit makes the installer work.

I will upload the logs you requested, and a +ole log.
