[Bug 11927] Crimsonland: Mouse moves to the upperleft corner and freezes

I've done some more testing.  After reinstalling Crimsonland, I found that the
mouse works fine during the nag screen. If I select "Not now" for the payment,
I go to the main menu and the cursor immediately goes wonky again.  If I
register and go to the main menu - wonky cursor.

If I deselect 'Allow the window manager to control the windows', I get the same
problem, but cannot F4 to kill the window.
