[Bug 32470] Program raylauncher works, but raytechnavigator.exe crashes

For what it's worth, the utilities installed with RNS (RayTech Instrument
Configuration and RayTech Repair) seem to run just fine. The latter starts with
Disable HSB Server checked. There are sixteen possible options, so checking
them all is not feasible... (even 16 choose 2 renders 120 different
combinations... :-(

So brute force won't work.

I did try disabling the CMAP, Intellimouse, and other obvious options to
minimize the number of variables, but it still crashes after the splash screen.

Maybe the backtrace gives a clue to someone accomplished in reading such
things...
