Problem: cannot install the best update candidate for package

  - nothing provides wine-devel = 1:10.0.rc2-1.1 needed by
winehq-devel-1:10.0.rc2-1.1.x86_64 from WineHQ

Looked at official site, and rc1 ir there, but no rc2?
