Hmmm...  that's a very insightful observation, Vitaliy.  I don't know if I
would have ever thought to test for that "error" in a "normal" Windows install
(I never boot Windows).  Great work!

It's not really 'new', since I opened this over a year ago, but I do agree that
your DRM scenario is the most likely given the behavior.  Pity you just made
their DRM completely useless via your observation... or pity not.  :)
